Just so good. Granted I've only had the sandwiches. Because every time I want to try something new I just end up getting a sandwich. The bread is good, meat is good, veggies on point, it's just all very good. Service is awesome. The guy that's there he's always super friendly and respectful. I love this place, it's definitely my go to.
Love Vietnamese cuisine. This joint has a lot choices from sandwiches to noodle soup. Everything is very good, service is fast and staff were very friendly. I ordered the Grilled Pork Patty Spring Roll and Crispy Fried Pork Roll with cold Jasmine Tea . Good for groups but since were 15 in total, we almost occupied the place .
Living in Austin, it is hard to find authentic asian food. You'll get slapped with "fusion" food which I dont understand why even come up with it. Been on a search for that OG Banh Mi and good thing we're in Vegas. There is no shortage of some fine Viet food places here. We tried Co Anh and damn, it was lit! Mind you, it is a small place, they will accomodate (we were 5 people) but just FYI on that. Their Banh Mi cold cuts (Dac Biet) hit the spot for me. I also got their Hu Tieu Ga Hai Nam, which to me was pretty much the Filipino Chicken mami. It was awesome! We also got the Mi Hoanh Thanh, Bun Nem Nuong Cha Gio, Nem Nuong Cuon, Cha Gio, and Bot Chien Trung which is definitely a must try! Writing this review makes me wanna go back for to-go lol
Hu Tieu is one of my favorite dishes and luckily Co Anh hits the spot. The number 15 (combination) with rice noodle, soup on the side is pure comfort food. They don't skimp on the meat and shrimp and the shrimp cracker gives a nice crunch to the soft noodles. The pate chaud is also one of my favorites. The meat is flavorful and the pastry is extra flakey. It is a small place so if it is busy, you'll need to wait.
Good service, very friendly ,place is clean food is good price $$ Highly recommend , very convenient to the trip
Yelp Review 2024 #70: This was our plan B when plan A fell through the cracks today. And Co Anh saved the day for us. We walked in and it was crowded. We got seated right away. We got the last table for four of us - that a semi-older couple wanted to take but got denied. The space is tight but they have at least 5-7 tables. Everyone especially our server was friendly and welcoming and was speaking to us in Vietnamese and we just politely smiled and said hi since none of us is Vietnamese or know a lick of Vietnamese. Everyone was Vietnamese except for our group - and that's a good sign! We placed our order. We wanted to try their pork bun but they were sold out because their diners earlier bought trays and trays of them since it's a holiday weekend. Nem Nuong Cuon: Grilled pork patties spring rolls with fresh egg roll wrapper, lettuce, cucumber, mints, chives, pickle vegetables and peanut sauce. The pork patties are pretty big and thick and had good flavor. A little sweet, savory and a bit smokey. 4.5/5 Patê Thịt Ba Chỉ Banh Mi: Banh mi with pork belly, pâté, homemade Vietnamese mayonnaise, cucumber, cilantro, pickled vegetables and Jalapeño. Bread was crusty and warm and soft on the inside - probably the best bread in town! The fillings were fresh. The veggies were crunchy and the meats were soft. And it's under $7! 5/5 Bun Nem Nuong Cha Gio: My favorite Vietnamese appetizers: cha gio and nem nuong in a bowl of vermicelli with green onion, mint leaves, cucumber, lettuce, bean sprouts, pickled vegetables, peanuts and fish sauce on the side. 5/5 Soda Chanh: Fresh lime with soda. This tastes like Perrier or any sparkling water with fresh lime juice and simple syrup. Refreshing and a nice option to regular soda. They do have Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite. I ordered jasmine tea but I think there was a communication issue and I never got my tea but our server was super sweet so, it's fine. She at least gave me a glass of iced water. The food came out one at a time starting with the banh mi (3 orders), the bun, and then, the nem nuong (2 orders). We all liked all the food. By the time we left, there were still a lot of people waiting for a table.
We came here for lunch and the restaurant was pretty busy but we still were sat right away. The service was really friendly. She helped us pick what to eat and asked questions for clarification. We both ordered Hu Tieu Mi (combination of white noodle and egg noodle) soup and dry. We got the combination with everything in it: char siu, ground pork, meatball shrimp, squid, crispy crackling. My boyfriend prefer the dry which is coated in sauce and I wanted soup! When you order dry you still get a side of soup to sip while you eat. They also give you complimentary shrimp wonton cracker on the side and fresh lime to squeeze. The server checked back on us often which is above and beyond for a Vietnamese restaurant. We enjoyed our meal!
I heard about this place through a friend. We were kind of full but still came here to try their food . We got their banh mi , pate chaud and banh bao. For the banh mi we got the special and pork belly ones. There were a few open tables when we walk in. The staff was fast and nice. I heard their hieu tieu was a must try, how we were stuff, but would come back another time in the future.
